About the Role:
- We are hiring a strategic, data-driven leader to scale the Commercial CSM organization.
- The team owns post-sale onboarding, activation, and adoption for companies with 0–150 employees.
What You'll Do:
- You will own and evolve the Commercial CSM activation strategy.
- You will use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks and drive customer success.
- You will manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Commercial CSMs.
