Responsibilities:
- Own the validation lifecycle, defining success criteria and driving pilots to conversion.
- Drive time-to-value and manage risk proactively with data-driven recovery plays.
- Convert and transition accounts, build the business case, and be the voice of the customer.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong project management skills to run multiple validations in parallel.
- Commercial fluency and data literacy to prioritize efforts and close conversions.
