Offshore Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Daily management, support, and resolution of questions within pre-search, search, typing, examination and review of title search reports.
• Work closely with management and underwriting to address items that arise during the lifecycle of a file.
• Address post completion matters related to title search reports completed by offshore partners.

Duties:

• Coordinate with the national offshore training coordinator, offshore teams and customer service to address customer service issues related to the search process.
• Partner with the national offshore training coordinator to identify, implement and present training initiatives.
• Work with customer service to clearly respond to client inquiries and manage rush requests and file corrections, as needed.
