Role Scope:
- Hands-on IT and engineering across endpoints, networking, cloud, printing, AV, phone, and signage.
- Build playbooks, tools, and automation for the internal IT team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT projects end to end, including conference rooms, site setups, and Wi-Fi surveys.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SaaS, and network infrastructure with HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 1+ years of IT experience.
- Networking, OS, scripting, and Azure/AWS knowledge required.
