- The First Year Benchmark: Responsible for closing $1M in new business in the first 12 months.
- Outbounding: Build pipeline through outreach, industry networking, and relationships.
- Strategic Hunting: Understand client needs and navigate complex decision-making.
What You Are Responsible For:
- Closing Deals: Qualify, pitch, and close multi-million dollar event programs.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: From the first touch to negotiating contracts and ensuring execution.
- Pipeline Engineering: Constantly hunt for clients with global needs and high-frequency events.
