Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements including technology, SaaS, software licenses, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams on vendor governance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Advise on contract disputes and develop procurement processes and templates.

Ideal Candidate:

• JD with state bar membership and at least five years of commercial contract experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and judgment skills.
• Experience supporting high-growth infrastructure SaaS companies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $190,000 to $225,000, plus equity grant.
• Generous benefits package and flexibility in working hours.
• Remote role based in the USA.
