Your Impact:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting the Hanger Clinic field organization.
- Partner with functional leaders to define and execute HR strategies that enable business objectives.
- Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives for a changing workforce.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in an organization of 3,000–5,000 employees.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
