Establish excellent relationships with business leaders and employees to understand strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze data, metrics, and trends to make informed talent decisions and influence leadership.
Coach management on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
10-15+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership coaching.
Valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's policy standards.
