- Serve as a senior HR Business Partner to help Cohere scale through an extraordinary phase of growth.
- Partner with leaders and teams across the global technology organization on complex organizational challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing a strong point of view and significant autonomy.
Key Qualifications:
- Build deep trust with senior leaders and become a sought-after thought partner.
- Navigate complexity with clarity and judgment to solve ambiguous organizational challenges.
- Think organizationally, looking beyond individual issues to patterns and system health.
What You'll Drive:
- Shape organizational design, roles, and operating models as teams scale.
- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness across the company.
- Lead talent, succession, and critical discussions to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Who We're Looking For:
- Significant HRBP experience at senior or Director-level scope in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of technical organizations, partnering with Engineering, Research, and Product teams.
- Globally minded, with experience across multiple countries and regions, and excellent written communication.
