About the Role:
- As an Account Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for Order Management for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers.
- This role is a key liaison between sales and internal departments, ensuring efficient quote-to-cash processes.
What You'll Do:
- Support Account Managers and customers with queries, manage shipments, and handle RMA requests.
- Provide hands-on assistance with quoting and CPQ, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Document and maintain customer information in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical acumen with a strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in tools like Zuora and G-Sheet.
