Your Role:

  • Contribute to the expansion of Customer Support while remaining flexible in a startup environment.

  • Provide support via phone, email, and live chat, and manage orders on partner channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude while resolving product and service incidents efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers on inventory, orders, and shipments as necessary.
  • Create shipping labels and manage the return process, ensuring timely resolution.

Optimization:

  • Assist in optimizing the customer experience department, including people and processes.
  • Provide thoughtful insight to customer concerns and work with the company to improve processes.
  • Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis to support the team.
