What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the CBO to identify and execute the company’s most important growth initiatives.
- Evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business models through data and analysis.
- Lead special projects and launch new initiatives from zero to one across the business.
We’ll be excited if you have:
- 2-3 years of high-impact experience in consulting, banking, VC, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across ambiguous problems.
- A bias toward action and comfort with building first versions, testing, and iterating.
