About the Role:
- Identify, engage, and convert experienced technicians into long-term partners
- Work with inbound leads and proactive outbound sourcing
- Communicate value, handle objections, and guide professionals through a partnership decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead screening calls and clearly present the partnership model
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, mindset, and earning potential
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or outbound roles
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections effectively
- Comfortable in a high-volume, target-driven environment
