About the Role:
- You will own the design, delivery, and governance of benefits programs across all countries Mixpanel operates in.
- You will work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems like country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns.
- You will serve as the go-to resource on benefits compliance and drive initiatives that span multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
- Manage vendor and broker relationships, including renewal negotiations and cost commitments.
- Analyze program data to find savings and inform annual budgeting, turning findings into clear recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional projects independently.
- Working understanding of benefits compliance frameworks including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Strong communication skills and comfort adopting new tools like AI to improve efficiency.
