Benefits Manager

Regional Strategy & Global Partnership:

• Serve as the India benefits expert, providing strategic market insights to inform regional benefits philosophy and design.
• Execute the full lifecycle of India benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, leave, and wellbeing.
• Stay current on legislative developments such as EPF, ESI, and the Maternity Benefit Act to ensure compliance.

Vendor Management & Financial Stewardship:

• Lead annual renewals and vendor management, driving performance reviews and market benchmarking.
• Contribute to budget planning with cost projections, utilization analysis, and financially sustainable recommendations.

Stakeholder Partnership & Employee Experience:

• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure compliant program delivery.
• Serve as primary escalation point for employees, providing empathetic resolution of complex issues.
• Navigate matrix relationships across India leadership, APJ teams, and global functions.

M&A, Innovation & Agile Execution:

• Support M&A activities including due diligence, plan harmonization, and employee communications for India acquisitions.
• Leverage AI and platform tools to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
