Senior Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Partner with GitLab's global benefits broker and local vendors to lead plan renewals, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of new benefits programs, from business case to launch.
• Analyze benefits data to identify trends, assess competitiveness, and develop recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record owning global benefits programs with knowledge of multi-country environments.
• Strong analytical skills using spreadsheets and data to develop insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an all-remote environment and work with cross-functional teams.

About the Team:

• The Total Rewards team designs and operates programs supporting GitLab team members globally.
• The Benefits team partners with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, and others to deliver compliant, useful programs.
• The team works asynchronously, using data and feedback to improve programs over time.
