About the Role:
- You will own Mixpanel's global benefits design, delivery, and governance across all countries.
- You will lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives such as country expansions and M&A integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and improve health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs while balancing local requirements.
- Manage vendor and broker relationships, including negotiations and accountability for cost and service.
- Analyze program costs and utilization data to find savings and inform annual budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects independently.
- Working knowledge of benefits compliance frameworks like ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Strong vendor management, data analysis, and communication skills.
