Role Overview:
- The Director, Partner Alliances will expand Firstup’s partnership ecosystem and accelerate pipeline creation.
- This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and involves designing a consultancy referral program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage a referral program targeting top consultancies in communications.
- Build repeatable processes for opportunity tracking and partner performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on joint go-to-market activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in partner alliances or channel sales.
- Proven success scaling referral or channel programs with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
