Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy & Intelligence

Role Overview:

• The Workforce Strategy & Intelligence team partners with senior Technology and talent leaders to address complex workforce questions and shape strategic workforce decisions.
• This individual contributor role leads high-impact analytics and strategic workforce planning initiatives from problem definition through action.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across internal and external data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements, including supply and demand modeling, gap identification, and scenario development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating analysis into executive-level insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Requires 7+ years in analytics or workforce planning and advanced proficiency in SQL/Snowflake, Excel, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior audiences, and manage multiple complex workstreams.
