Validation Representative, MVA

Position Summary:

• Perform all activities involved in preparation, insurance verification, and retrieval of medical records for Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
• Interact primarily by phone with outside parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact employers and insurers via outbound calls, email, or fax to verify information and obtain claim documentation.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, assist in compiling billing packets and filing insurance claims.
• Support team efforts, conduct research, and handle confidential documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 1 year of medical bill processing experience desired; strong phone and computer skills required.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
