Responsibilities:
- Consistently call on LTC facilities through meetings and presentations, educating on clinical profile and appropriate utilization.
- Execute and track call productivity, aiming to meet expectations for account and customer calls.
- Analyze territory information to develop target mapping and maximize field resources.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS).
- Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical sales experience in long-term care is required.
- Experience selling to SNFs, ALFs, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks.
Other Requirements:
- Requires full onboarding, including clinical modules and CRM documentation.
- Pass live call certification and mock objections during training.
- Attend refresher meetings on disease-state updates and patient retention strategy.
