Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming renewals.
- Proactively reach out to customers to uncover new projects and additional revenue streams.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal resources to ensure engagement objectives are achieved.
- Provide regular updates to all relevant stakeholders on open leads and deals.
- Coordinate and sit in on customer meetings, ensuring all parties have the information and context they need.
Project Management:
- Manage stakeholder time as well as technical resources effectively on open deals.
- Keep track of quote requests to partners and keep Solution Advisors informed on quote request progress.
- Maintain engagement documentation in Salesforce and provide regular status reports.
