Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager

What you’ll do:

• Own the day-to-day execution of Top-of-Funnel operations, including lead routing, territory management, and AE coverage decisions.
• Design and optimize AE coverage and account pairing strategies to improve how sellers generate and progress pipeline.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, and Analytics to operationalize solutions across the GTM ecosystem.

How to be successful:

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep experience with lead-to-account operations and an investigative mindset to identify root causes of complex GTM problems.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional influence skills, with a business-partner mindset and ability to move between strategy and execution.
