Senior Deal Desk Manager, EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary business partner for EMEA and APAC Account Executives, managing complex enterprise deal structuring, pricing, and policy compliance.
• Own full quote-to-signature workflow: quote creation, pricing approvals, order form generation, and clean opportunity closure.
• Maintain deal velocity, especially at month- and quarter-end, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Deal Desk experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to support complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including non-standard structures and multi-year terms.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems; deep familiarity with EMEA markets.
