- Work directly with the Senior Manager to shape Deal Desk operations and strategy.
- Represent the team in cross-functional forums with Sales VPs and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary mentor for Associates and Specialists, ensuring SLA standards and quality.
- Oversee deal approval processes and pricing compliance, handling escalations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Own the working relationship with Legal and Finance on policy alignment.
- Develop deal playbooks and sales enablement resources.
Process & Automation:
- Build and scale automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
