What You’ll Be Doing:
- Earn a consistent income focusing on building genuine, long-term relationships with prospective customers.
- Guide potential customers through accounting and payroll software, ensuring it meets their needs.
- Be an internal customer advocate to help influence product development and new features.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2+ years of inside customer sales experience (SaaS preferred) and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools, including AI.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members through remote and in-person interactions.
