Responsibilities:

• Focus on building strong partner relationships and driving pipeline growth across the Western US territory.
• Grow the number of partner reps actively promoting Object First solutions.
• Drive partner enablement by delivering training, resources, and product updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in a two-tier partner model.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, high-energy and self-motivated.
