About the Role:

  • Drive customer success through a mix of 1:1 engagement and scalable programs like webinars and digital campaigns.
  • Focus on product adoption, retention, and expansion while helping customers realize measurable value.
  • Work with customer data, automation, and structured playbooks to deliver success at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across the lifecycle from post-implementation to renewal and expansion.
  • Meet and exceed gross and net retention goals, supporting renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and ensure feedback is shared across teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Support.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Native-level Dutch and professional English proficiency, with analytical mindset and CRM experience.
