About the role:
- This is a 12-month fixed-term role covering parental leave.
- You take ownership of an established portfolio and keep it healthy.
What you'll do:
- Own the book across mixed tiers and be the trusted client point of contact.
- Drive renewals and protect relationships throughout the term.
- Hold regular reviews and hand back cleanly at the end.
What you bring:
- 3-4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong data literacy and self-organisation.
- English fluency required, French a strong forte.
