Triages and documents telephone calls including medication refills and urgent health care concerns.
Schedules basic patient appointments and processes calls in a timely, polite manner.
Supports call overflow and connects new patients to scheduling teams.

Customer Service:

Provides highest level of service to external and internal customers.
Manages crisis situations and complaints with prompt communication.
Applies process improvement methods continuously.

Patient Access:

Coordinates appointments and manages care as directed by providers.
Serves as liaison for physicians and nursing staff.
Enter patient information accurately into databases and documents in EMR.
