Deal Desk Analyst

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will manage and maintain Mark43 price lists, own and execute monthly compliance reporting, partner with Sales, Ops, Account Management, Channel, and Finance across the quote to cash process. You will also resolve issues related to order processing, customer contracts, and invoicing, provide field team guidance on deal structuring, and ensure compliance with operational policies. Your responsibilities include implementing SOPs, building tools for field-guided selling, developing deal metrics, and leading projects to expedite deal velocity. This role requires developing relationships with legal, sales operations, accounting, finance, and product management teams.
