Senior Key Account Manager, Large Format

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key retailer relationships at HQ, including hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and JBPs across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with company and retailer goals.
• Manage trade spend and forecasting, ensuring smart, measurable investments, and leverage data to drive decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 4+ years of key account experience calling on HQ buyers in large format.
• Deep experience with JBP processes, retailer P&L management, and trade budget management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a startup environment, with strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

Additional Info:

• Travel up to 40% domestically, with residency near a major airport required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Salary range is $107,000-$130,000 base, plus equity and benefits.
