Strategic Transactions Manager, Software GTM

Responsibilities:

• Own execution of live transactions on Crux's platform from onboarding through completion.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders such as lenders, developers, and legal teams to keep deals progressing.
• Drive adoption of the platform across internal teams and external counterparties involved.

Collaboration:

• Partner with GTM, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and clear ownership.
• Participate in customer conversations to translate transaction workflows into platform requirements.
• Identify friction in workflows and provide actionable feedback to the Product team.

Experience and Qualities:

• Requires 5+ years in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy transaction execution, including diligence and timelines.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment without fully defined processes.
