Success Metrics:
- First 30 days: Get up to speed on product and plan improvements.
- First 3 months: Fix biggest gaps in CRM and processes.
- First 6 months: Own full RevOps stack and bridge GTM and Finance.
Must Have Skills:
- DeFi native with onchain product experience.
- Experience as RevOps, growth engineer, or business analyst at B2B startup.
- Tech/software background with strong data skills.
- Business mindset, ownership, and clear async communication.
