• Manage onboarding, order processing, and problem resolution as a Tier 2 resource.
• Collaborate with sales team on launch calls, account reviews, and customer training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Strong knowledge of products, ERP/CRM systems, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
