Cross-functional Collaboration
Strategic Program Ownership & Change Management:
- Lead GTM enablement for key strategic programs with clear KPIs and a sustainable operating cadence.
- Define program charters and success metrics with GTM leadership, reporting impact on pipeline, quota attainment, and win rate.
- Apply structured change management (e.g., ADKAR) to drive adoption past initial rollout.
Onboarding & Skill Training:
- Incorporate programs into a sustainable onboarding motion to get new hires to full productivity quickly.
- Enable reps to consistently articulate value through a sustained coaching motion reinforcing our sales methodology.
- Support a manager-led coaching program and drive a recurring storytelling improvement cadence tied to win-rate and quota-attainment data.
Continuous Improvement & Internal Communications:
- Provide timely access to information reps need through a content management platform.
- Monitor enablement completion and usage data alongside sales production data to identify top performers and gaps.
- Partner with sales and CS leadership to close gaps and validate that program changes move intended KPIs.
