About the role:
- You'll lead a team of 15 across Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity, sitting at the center of the supply organization.
- You'll design SOPs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks from scratch, ensuring supply partners are onboarded efficiently and data quality is maintained.
- This role is the connective tissue between technical and commercial sides, with no legacy processes to untangle.
