About the Role:
- You own the daily engine for a team of 10-12 MSMs, leading from the front.
- You are accountable for your team's time and money, and you drive AI tool adoption.
What You’ll Do:
- You run the team's operating rhythm and queue health to hit service-level targets.
- You coach and develop MSMs, turning Senior MSMs into player-coaches.
- You keep your team focused on high-value work and manage handoffs.
What You Bring:
- You have 5+ years in client-facing success and 1-2+ years managing ongoing relationships.
- You are data-savvy, AI-curious, and hyper-organized with a coaching mindset.
