Senior Systems Administrator

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own platform management for critical business systems.
• This role leads implementation, configuration, and management of Zoom Contact Center.
• The position is remote for a self-motivated professional managing complex systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing administration of Zoom Contact Center.
• Manage integrations with CRM, workforce management, and telephony systems via APIs.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and training materials; provide Tier 3 escalation support and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of systems/platform administration experience with CCaaS or UCaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of contact center concepts and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation and excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
