Your Impact:

  • Act as the primary customer contact for account oversight and relationship management.
  • Oversee production activities, handle inquiries, and solve challenging customer requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage escalations to ensure swift resolution.

Operational Duties:

  • Oversee account operational metrics, reporting, and delivery status.
  • Prepare and conduct regular communications with customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Identify potential risks to customer success and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.

Strategic & Advocacy Role:

  • Execute activities based on strategic direction from Customer Success Executives.
  • Advocate for the customer within the company and support implementation during stabilization.
  • Occasionally travel to customer events or team meetings as required.
