Your Impact:
- Act as the primary customer contact for account oversight and relationship management.
- Oversee production activities, handle inquiries, and solve challenging customer requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage escalations to ensure swift resolution.
Operational Duties:
- Oversee account operational metrics, reporting, and delivery status.
- Prepare and conduct regular communications with customer influencers and decision-makers.
- Identify potential risks to customer success and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
Strategic & Advocacy Role:
- Execute activities based on strategic direction from Customer Success Executives.
- Advocate for the customer within the company and support implementation during stabilization.
- Occasionally travel to customer events or team meetings as required.
