Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Installation Documentation Requirements
  • Oversee RMA Administration Process
  • Develop and Administer Contract Proposals

Sales Operations Support:

  • Create a monthly report that will serve as a tracking tool for service contracts and accounts to maximize company revenue and profit.
  • Create monthly noncontract customer and expiration reports in SAP and distribute to sales teams to provide visibility of potentially missed revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with sales teams and key contacts to effectively communicate service contract opportunities and communicate any follow up necessary to move forward with service contract business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 2 to 4 years’ experience or Associates Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 4 to 6 years’ experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contracts administration and quotes generation, preferably in a healthcare related field.
  • Must be proficient in Business Operations Systems (SAP, Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
