Position Overview:
- Provides strategic execution and support to customers.
- Ensures accurate evaluation and set-up of customer records.
- Exhibits strong critical thinking skills.
What You Will Do:
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Generate special reports out of Salesforce / CPE LMS as needed.
- Review and processes CPA Direct Bill for various Becker clients.
What You Will Bring:
- At least two years of experience in an operations role
- At least two years of previous experience working with Salesforce (SF) strongly preferred
- Desire to learn, be engaged, and take initiative
