Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist

• We help unleash the potential of dentists and specialists by generating hyper growth through world-class digital marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do:

• Own outbound sourcing end to end for creative, technical and operational roles, building and maintaining live talent pipelines.
• Run intake sessions with hiring managers, screen and shortlist candidates against scorecards, and coordinate practical assessments across timezones.
• Own internal HR policies and processes, onboarding and offboarding, and company culture in a fully remote team.

What We Require:

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment with demonstrable outbound/headhunting results.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn search, and an ATS/HRIS, excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience owning internal HR processes and sound judgement with confidential matters.
