What You'll Own:

- Keep Ashby clean and work AI-natively with emerging sourcing tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years full-cycle or coordination recruiting experience with strong outbound sourcing.
- Technical fluency to earn a Director of Engineering's trust quickly.
- Genuine care for candidates and proven stakeholder partnership.
