Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage both 1099 contracted recruiters and W-2 clinical recruiters, setting performance expectations and conducting regular 1:1s.
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across 7+ states, partnering with regional leads to generate market-specific hiring plans.
- Own all recruiting KPIs and reporting infrastructure, leveraging AI-driven tools and ATS workflows to increase throughput.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years in a team lead or management capacity.
- Demonstrated background recruiting in healthcare and K-12 education, with school-based therapy staffing experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms like Fountain and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Candidate Competencies:
- Results orientation and a sales mindset to close scarce clinical and special education talent.
- Coaching instinct to build team capability and hold members accountable.
- Data fluency to build dashboards and make strategic adjustments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive W-2 salary of $80,000-$92,000 based on experience.
