Role Overview:
- Lead the entire recruiting function for clinical roles against monthly hiring targets.
- Manage and grow the recruiting team as volume increases.
Responsibilities:
- Stand up recruiting tech stack and workflows (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, reporting).
- Build repeatable playbooks for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Create analytics layer for pipeline health, funnel conversion, and cost-per-hire.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years in talent acquisition, building and scaling a recruiting function from scratch.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience in funnels and capacity models.
- Healthcare recruiting experience and startup experience strongly preferred.
