Responsibilities:
- Establish a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer.
- Meet and know each key contact within our key account customers, understanding and analyzing their needs.
- Build customer loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in a KAM position in the HRIS ecosystem for large groups on a B2B market.
- Unfailing optimism, taste for challenge, responsiveness, and organization.
- Fluent or native in French and English.
