Position Summary:
- Lead enterprise-wide revenue growth strategies.
- Implement service model for portfolio chapters.
- Drive revenue through donor engagement and solicitation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement defined service model for portfolio chapters.
- Drive revenue growth enterprise-wide with focus on YOY growth.
- Support chapters in achieving fundraising KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years in fundraising/development.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM required.
Work Environment:
- Ability to thrive in remote work environment.
- Travel up to 20% required.
- May require work outside normal business hours.
