Customer Support & Operations (~40%):

  • Partner with district and school clients to provide onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing technical assistance.
  • Serve as a tech support partner to internal teams and manage project workplans in JIRA.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and co-create processes for AI activity creation.

Quality Assurance & AI Prompt Investigation (~30%):

  • Track outcomes and write summaries; turn investigation tasks into repeatable processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting (~30%):

  • Build and maintain dashboards for key CX and product-quality metrics.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and design analyses to answer structured questions.
  • Proactively identify trends and anomalies in data and surface recommendations.

Special Projects:

  • Take ownership of projects spanning customer operations, AI quality, and data analytics as a founding role.
