What you’ll do:
- Demonstrate Solutions: Deliver simple but engaging product demonstrations of Parchment’s suite of services for all verticals, including Higher Ed and K-12.
- Customer Discovery: Discover and analyze individual customer goals and challenges to map them back to the appropriate Parchment product.
- Technical Leadership: Lead in-depth technical discussions with IT experts regarding platform architecture, web services (REST/JSON), and systems integration.
What you will need to know/have:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with proven academic technology and/or solutions engineering experience.
- Market Expertise: Experience in K-12 and/or Postsecondary education with expert fluency in the edtech market and SaaS business models.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert understanding of systems integration (LTI, APIs), XML/JSON, and relational databases.
Travel & Location:
- Location is flexible, but requires access to a nearby airport and a willingness to travel (up to 40%).
